    I recently upgraded vms v5.1 to v5.2.  I did not choose
    to install decwindows at the same time, now I need to 
    install decwindows, but the kit i have (vmskit:sys$kits:[VMS052]
    start the decwindows kit at .c.  where are files decw052.a
    decw052.b  ??   are they needed ?  and if not, how do you 
    install decwindows???
