I have looked through the various notes on resource names and the notes
on Cardfiler and cannot find out how to position the Card icon (not the
Index icon) of the Cardfiler application.  Using

Cardfiler*iconBoxX: and
Cardfiler*iconBoxY:  I have no problem with the index icon but trying

variations like 

Card*iconBoxX: and lots of other combinations, the card icon box won't

position.

Yes...this is the list that I based some of my resource name experiments like:

DECW$CARDFILER*cardmainwindow*iconBoxX:  and
DECW$CARDFILER*cardmainwindow.iconBoxX:

do not work to position the card icon.  Has anyone been able to position the
cardwindow icon where they want?  and how did you do it.  Mitch
