| It IS installed writeable on my system (SSB V5.2, DW V2FT1). Here's
the commands from DECW$STARTUP.COM:
$! Install decwindows set display command parsing
$!
$ if f$file("sys$system:decw$setshodis.exe","known") -
then install replace sys$system:decw$setshodis.exe/priv=(CMEXEC)-
/writeable/share/header/open

| Looking at this closer, I suspect something wrong - the image has THREE
writeable global image sections. I don't see any purpose in even one.

| This is a bug. We caught it shortly after FT shipped. There is no
workaround at the moment, short of waiting for a new decw$setshodis
image. The fix will appear in the T5.3 internal field test release.
