    (a dir/title=cbi didn't help, so..)

    Trying to start the File Viewer CBI from the File View window, I get 
    

    %DCL-E-OPENIN, error opening DECWVUECBI$CBI_SUPPORT:VUE$CBI.COM as input
    error in device name or inappropriate device type for operation

    
    Looking at the sys$manager:decwvue$cbi_startup.com file, I noticed
    an assignment statement stating:
    
    assign/system sys$common:[syscbi.decw_vue_cbi] decwvueCBI$cbi_support
    
    removing the -----------------------------------------^^^ fixed
    the problem. Looks like a bug or did I miss something somewhere?
