    Each suggestion for multi-head probably doesn't merit a separate note,
    but here's one.
    
    In "Customize Screen Number" for application display, I'd like to see
    another option: "Alternate between Screen 0 and Screen 1".  That's
    pretty much what I seem to be doing as I start applications.
