    I tried running Lisp with DECwindows V2 FT1, and the behavior is 
    different than with Decwindows V1.  The caution box is displayed
    with the CANCEL button, even though the UIL file that defines it
    says
    CANCEL_LABEL=''; };
    
    I tried recompiling the UIL file with the FT1 version of UIL, but
    it didn't change the behavior.  Is this a bug in UIL, or is there
    a slight-of-hand going on here?
