| Some errors have already been corrected, but PLEASE give us the
details of what errors your customer has found. Perhaps he has
spotted some we missed.
Your customer cannot have V2FT1 unless he is already a field test
site. However, corrections to the Ada bindings are rather easy
to implement locally, so it would seem to me that an entire
FT kit is overkill.

Then that means that they are probably errors in the .sdl files used to
generate the bindings. Or they could be documentation errors. Or they
could be user errors. Could we have a hint at where the problem is??

This conference is not a place for reporting problems that have to get
fixed for "important customers." Please submit a QAR. Or at least give
me a pointer to the note where you have already outlined the problem. Or
send me mail. There is nothing we can do with a note like this, and it
is doesn't accomplish anything just to generally state that there are all
these problems and not give the developers the chance to fix them.
ft is out and you can get a copy as outlined in this conference recently.

| My customer problems with AD/DW:
They are developping their own widgets in ADA.
They have 2 main problems :
- the ADA/DECwindows interface documentation (types, argument passing)
- UIL and user defined widgets: they have created several objects. These
consist of an ADA package (as generic as possible) and this package
includes 'generic' widgets etc.According to the project manager,
it's very difficult to handle this kind of things with UIL (personally, I
haven't the necessary programming experience with ADA/DW to help).
So they ask an ADA widget example.That's very important for their project now.
And probably for some next decisions.I am realy sorry if this note is not at the
right place.
So my question now is :wher I could find an ADA/WIDGET example?

| The best place to look for examples is usually in the
ELKTRA::DW_EXAMPLES conference.
