1096.0. "Cursor larger than 16x16?" by AIDA::CARCANO () Wed Jul 12 1989 07:58

Is there a way to define a cursor from a pixmap larger than 16x16 pixels?

I need it for a demo: the screen is projected by a BARCO and a larger pointer
would be helpful in describing what's happening in the windows.

Thanks, Matteo (Italian ACT, Milan).

We're limited by hardware to a 16x16 cursor. You might try a radius 8
circle, or turn ALL the bits on for a square that should show up
fairly well.

Or, if you really need it, you could get a Firefox. 32x32 is a _real_
nice size for the pointer.

    Is 32x32 the max size for a cursor on FireFox (VS3540/20? is this
    all). One of my customers says there is a reference in the manual
    to a 64x64 cursor (on a vs2000?)

    Thanx in advance , Les
