I have a customer that received our XUI software kit and is having
problems trying to bring up dxwm. He is using a multiflow system
running BSD4.3 as the client and a MAC II running X server software
EXODUS as his server. He is able to successfully display mit's window
manager as well as displaying the xui demo on the mac. His problems
arise when he tries to display dxwm on the mac. His display environment
is setup correctly to display on the mac. He spoke to the EXODUS rep
and they claim that their server product worked great with our beta
release but they are having alot of problems with our current release
of the product. Does anyone know specific dependencies regarding the
dxwm???
Is access control a problem?? Specifically you general use the xhost
command to allow a host to display and their x server doesn't recognize
this command. Does the dxwm depend on this or am I in left field??
Does anyone have any information regarding this or at least a person's
name I can direct this question to??
