I just updated from VMS 5.2-42W to 43Z. The system in question is
JONTOM, a VAXserver 3400 with several stations as satellites.
Suddenly, the satellites stop after displaying the icon box.
DECW$SM.LOG says "xtoolkit error - can't open display".
Any idea? Any help *much* appreciated!
Oh btw I'm running the version of DECwindows that is packed
with the VMS 5.2-42N kit. Well, can anybody tell me if the
new DECwindows 2.0 FT1 kit will run on this system?

Well, increasing GBLPAGES did it. Don't ask me why. But it worked,
pheeeww.. ;-}

I have DECwindows 2.0 FT1 running on V5.2-43Z. It seems great,
and stable to use.
