Some questions on Cardfiler -

   - Is there a Cardfiler conference?  (I looked in note #2)

   - Can I pass a file name for it to open (through DCL)?

   - Can I force the card order?  I am interested in sorting by date, not alpha.

You can specify the cardfile to be opened by passing it thusly:

	$ MCR DECW$CARDFILER user$:[here]there.card
