| UWS2.1 ships libXaw.a, libXmu.a, and libXt.a, which are the Athena
Widgets, Athena utility library, and the toolkit intrinsics,
respectively.

Ultrix Worksystem Software version 2.1 (now the latest and the greatest
shipping from SDC).

Take a peek at "decwrl::/pub/X11/R3" (an Ultrix directory).

PLEASE, Kris, let's keep the facts straight on our products.
UWS V2.1 is NOT shipping from SDC and will not ship from
SDC until some date that has not yet been announced...
For official purposes, UWS V2.1 is in Field Test. Unofficially,
we have sent the products to SDC, but the world will have to wait.
Yes, it is lots better than UWS V2.0, but the specifics are not
officially available yet either.

| Just put up RISC version UWS V2.1 on a DECsystem 3100, and tried to
UIL + compile an application to use the athena viewport widget.
Although everything compiles OK, I get a runtime error indicating that
there is a version id mismatch between the widget and intrinsics...
I am unsure if I have "official SSB" software... Has anyone else
seen this? Is this possibly a characteristic of "pre-release"
distribution?
Thanks in advance -- Brian Beattie
