I have a customer who is trying to implement a second level of inquiry
from his users before decwindows, session manager, etc. actually
starts up. He wants to prompt the user for information which he
then uses for accounting purposes. I have read several notes (124)
on implementing login.com. Would that be the proper place to try
doing what he wants or would decw$sylogin.com be more appropriate?

| SYS$MANAGER:DECW$SYLOGIN.COM would be the easiest place to do this.
