Are the DECwindows shareable images part of a base VMS system? I'm concerned with VMS 5.1 and 5.2. In particular I need to know if a supported VMS system can be built without the following files:

I have another question, lets suppose I installed VMS T5.2 on a
microvax, and I did not want to have DECW at that time. Now (today)
the hardware of the microvax changed, now I want decwindows. How
can I install DECWindows afterwards, there is no DECW052.A saveset???
I really hope the answer is NOT: Re-install VMS.

PS. I don't want all of DECW only the absolute necessary stuff to
have termnal windows.
