| It is possible to create Decterm windows from a program and position
them with DECwTermPort routine.This program could then be put into
your login.com.I don't know about repositioning on the fly.

| CHILD allows you to specify window co-ordinates. Do a DIR/TIT=CHILD
and away you go.

There are various ways to position your windows at creation time, but there
is no supported way to reposition the window after creation (that's the
window manager's job).
