When running VWS it was possible to toggle between open windows
(sessions) using the F5 key; is this function available with
DECwindows as well (F5 doesn't work).

    Use the HP Window Manager: vanilla DECWINDOWS doesn't offer a cycle
    key.
    
    To find the relevant note do a SEAR "HPWM".

    There is also an C program in the DW_EXAMPLES notes file called
    CYCLE.C that will do F5 toggling.  You can run this program as
    either a sub or detached process.
