OK, so SET DISPLAY/TRANSPORT=DECNET work fine. Can someone
tell me what command you use if TCP/IP is used? Is there a
SET DISPLAY/TRANSPORT=TCPIP command? If not, when will this
be supported?
Thanks,
Stan Valencis

There is no official TCP/IP support in DECwindows V5.1. THere is an unsupported transport, that is used in conjunction with the UCX product from DEC. I believe, but don't hold me to it, that a future version of DECwindows will supply a supported transport and have it integrated into the whole DECwindows kit. | |||||

See 29.22 for directions on using TCP/IP with DECwindows. Note
that this is still unsupported.
