    What happened to HARBOR::DECWINDOWS_PROGRAMMING.  I have not been
    able to get to it for two days.  Latest error message when attempting
    an OPEN is "error in device name or inappropriate device for
    operation".  ... Maybe not verbatim, but you know what I mean.

    What kind of reply did you get from the mail you sent to
    HARBOR::SYSTEM? Sounds like a logical didn't get set up during
    a reboot.
