Is it possible to change the background color of a LIST BOX widget? Although
the UIL ref manual p B.9 shows a supported argument called background_color,
with a UIL data type of color, I've not been able to get it to work. The
simplest example of the symptom that I see is to take a distribution copy of
DECburger and add to the argument list of the drink_list_box the following
line: 

	background_color = green; 

Note that "green" is already defined in the UIL file. After the UIL file is
compiled and the application is run, there seems to be  no noticeable change in
the color of the list box. However, when you quit out of the application, as
the windows disappear, you can see for just an instant a green window that was
occluded by the list box. The border color can be set, but the background of
the list box doesn't seem to work. What am I doing wrong, or is this a bug?
