I am new at this Decwindows stuff and I am trying to find
documentation for ultrix decwindows. Someone said they think that
VMS and Ultrix are the same execpt for the include files. If they
are the same then what about the .uil decwindows, would that be
the same also? I have a uil file and I tried to compile it by
typing "UIL filename" but it did not understand the UIL command.
I have ultrix v3.0 (UWS 2.0), and this is suppose to be the newest,
so does anybody know why it won't compile? and if ultrix and vms
are not the same, where can I get a copy of ultrix decwindows
documentation.

The UWS 2.0 documentation is separate from the Ultrix V3.0 docset. It
comes in small grey binders just like the Ultrix docset. It's very
complete... It may even be online on node guru::.
To invoke UIL on Ultrix type dxuil (the names of most DECwindows
utilities begin with dx on Ultrix).

The documentation, in this case, happens to be incorrect.
Its says to invoke "uil". An ISV pointed this out to me
a couple of weeks ago. It should have been QARd..
