	I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "complaint". For VMS DECwindows V5.1, both the server and Xlib are based on the MIT X11 Release 2 specifications. The server has the MIT Release 3 font name syntax. The toolkit intrinsics are based on the MIT Release 3 specs. This is listed on page 8 of the VMS V5.1 SPD 25.01.31.
