Better place to ask fileview questions is in the fileview conference.
Anyway as soon as you give fileview input focus it changes the title
and icon to the device:[directory] name. That is one way to tell which
fileview is which.
The fileview conference has a note with the documentation of all the
fileview command file symbols for selection and what not.

The next version of VUE will have customizable title bars and icon names,
including the optional inclusion of the name of the node you're running on.
