    Does the VMS server still use the logicals
    
    DECW$CLIENT_ERROR_THRESHOLD (default = 1)
    DECW$SERVER_ERROR_THRESHOLD (default = 10)
    
    in its condition handler which absorbs the run-time exceptions

    As far as I know, these default values for the server error 
    threshold logical are still valid. We do not have any plan
    of changing them.
