    An RFP mandates accelerator keys for the window manager, some
    requirements may involve applications as well.
                               
    The O/S must be UNIX.
    
    The following keyborad accelerators are required:
    
    1) resize, hide (push back?), expose(pull to top?), move
    
    2) set input focus (cycle key?)
    
    3) iconify and de-iconify
    
    4) edit icons
    
    5) move icons
    
    6) cut and paste between windows
    
    Do any of these exist?  Can any be implemented in a reasonable fashion?
