i'm having a little trouble with expose events and repainting my screen.
In particular, i have a window in which I draw a border (a polyline around
the edge of the window). When I get an expose event from something (like
a pulldown or popup menu) which has been occluding part of the border, I redraw
the border. The problem is that *sometimes* the border doesn't get displayed
in its entirety. Sometimes there is a *part* of the line still missing.
The line is definitely being redrawn, because some of what was occluded
has reappeared. But some of what was occluded is still missing....
any ideas?
