    Every now and then when I have a large (>8) number of DECterms on
    the screen of my VMS VSII, they will all disappear, accompanied
    by a message on the session manager window:
    
    DECterm controller process stopped: Message number 12DB821C
    Started DECterm controller
    
    Any ideas as to what that message number indicates?
