    I have a problem with limited number of colors on a 4-plane GPX.
    An application I have needs all colormap entries it can get.
    
    DECWindows as delivered on the netSDC kit has some beatiful colors
    setup as window foreground/background and a red "clock/busy" cursor.
    It is possible to get the window foreground/background to white/black
    with session manger "CUSTOMIZATION" and save 2 colormap entries.
    
    Does anyone know how i could get the "clock/busy" cursor to black and
    save another colormap entry? (There should be a resource name but what
    is it?)
