    If I use DECW$DISPLAY when calling DECwtermport and DECW$DISPLAY is of the
    format NODE::0 I get an error - is there a way to get around this.
    
    If I call DECwtermport and call LIB$PUT/GET what do I need to do to get
    them to go to the DEcterm window I have created - assign the DEcterm
    device name to SYS$OUTPUT?
