    Is there a way to install just the programming environment for C
    without reinstalling all of  DECWINDOWS?  I originally installed
    DECW051 without the programming environment to save space on the
    system (I'm running a GPX).  I now find that I would like to run
    and compile some applications in C.
    
    Can I partially reinstall C or must I rerun the entire installation
    procedure?
