| This is reported as QAR 608.
We finally found the right set of SYSGEN parameters to set up to
make it work. The problem appears to be insufficient bullet proofing
in the session manager when resources run out (which ones we don't
know).
Here are the final SYSGEN parameters we finally come up with to
make DECwindows work:

| Same happened for me and it was a bogus GBLPAGFIL. Must be at least
GBLPAGFIL=6024

| I suspect that the author of .1 intended PQL_MPGFLQUOTA instead of MPGFLQUOTA.
If I'm right, then there are two possibilities:
1) It was mis-copied into notes, in which case AUTOGEN is doing its stuff based
on a setting of PQL_MPGFLQUOTA.
2) This is the actual ModParams.Dat, in which case this line is being ignored by
AUTOGEN, and the setting of PQL_MPGFLQUOTA is not being affected by ModParams.
