    I believe it was in the old version of this file I saw this...and now
    I'm looking for info on how to do it.  There were detailed instructions
    on the steps you needed to take, to make a color lj250 printout from 
    DECwindows.  Did someone save them?  If so, please post them here if 
    you would be so kind.

	Use UtoX (internal tool). Get your screen the way you want it, Open ::0(screen) and then Save as sixel. I've been unable to crop my color yet but I have been able to print it to the LJ250. Beautiful color output! There's a conference on it (KP7) for more info. -garth

	Ahhh Gi'day... But you can't save it in DDIF format in colour... Single plane only is the message, SIXEL "should" work though...

	ULTRIX V2.0 and subsequent releases print a reasonably full gamut of colors on the LJ250 using images created by the "savimg" program running on an X Window workstation. Both X10 and X11 ULTRIX workstations produce images in the same format. The ULTRIX print command "lpr" in combination with the LJ250 prit filter handle these color images nicely. 	The UTOX conference is on CLOSET::UTOX. The kit and documentation are in AIRBAG::SYS$PUBLIC:[UTOX]. And, as has already been mentioned, UTOX is for Digital internal use only. -Mike
