March is Women's History Month.  The PKO Cluster Valuing Differences
Program is sponsoring four events.  Please join us in this fourth
annual awareness celebration.


March 5			"Alice in the Digital Wonderland"
9:00 to 11:00		Barbara Burns, Group Manager, Office 
			Applications
	
	The business environment is changing, and women can be an 	
	integral part of that change. Having recognized and responded 
	to change in the OFFICE environment, Ms. Burns will discuss 
	her experiences managing change within Digital.


March 12		"Women in the Workplace:  Making Waves"
9:00 to 11:00		Dr. Joanna Rohrbaugh, Harvard Medical School, 
			Harvard University

	Dr. Rohrbaugh will discuss how women's increased presence in 
	the workplace over the past 40 years has altered family 
	structure and workplace norms, and revolutionized the American 
	psychologists' view of women.


March 19		"Digital and You" Panel Discussion

March 21		"Rosie the Riveter" Film and Discussion
11:00 to 1:00

	Roxanne Alexander of Educational Services will lead the discussion.
	"Rosie the Riveter" is a classic film that examines the effect 
	on women who went from the home to the factory during WWII and 
	then returned to the home after the war.  An excellent film, 
	not to be missed.


All events will be held in the Maynard Conference Room in PKO3-1.
