What are her views, what does she hope to do while in office ? How does she compare against the other candidates for Lt. Gov.?

392.2 | I was impressed by her ads | TLE::RANDALL | living on another planet | Thu Sep 20 1990 15:53 | 16 |
As a non-Massachusetts resident who is frequently forced to endure Mass political ads if I want to watch sporting events on TV (which I do), I was impressed that her ads came across as up-front, straightforward, and really quite upbeat, compared to the mud, innuendo, and outright slander* in ads for many other candidates. The ad wasn't that high in content, I will admit, but it was nice to see one that said, "Vote for me because this is waht I am" rather than "Vote for me because this other guy is worse than the mold on old cottage cheese." --bonnie * If it's not slander, if the charges are even partly true, there are several candidates who ought to be in jail, never mind not elected!

I've never been totally sure what any Lt. Govt. does. However, I like Margorie. I think that she's honest and straight forward and has a great sense of humor.
