| I *love* having the bottoms of my feet rubbed, especially in between
the toes, I've been willing to *bribe* my kids to do that for me, I
also love the spaces behind my ears rubbed, my back scratched, and
my hair combed.

The key to all of this is to stay away from the ... uh ... "obvious"
places. ('Can I say where I mean with the liberal use of asterisks?'
Nah, nevermind.)
I don't think there's a spot on my body where I don't like to be
touched, or (aside from the "obvious") even a place that's
especially sensitive. I think what really makes being touched
pleasurable has a lot to do with the "quality" of the touch -- if
it feels like the toucher is reading my skin with his fingers,
hoo-eee. I can't stand fingers that act distracted or preoccupied,
I get to feeling impatient and irritated.
Behind the ears is nice, though. Feet and hands. Shoulders. Back
of neck. Backs of knees.

RE: .13 CQ, that's exactly it! "reading my skin with his fingers",
that's precisely what I would have said if I had thought of it :-)
In particular, the insides of the wrists and elbows, and the palms of
my hands.
I also go nuts for having my hair brushed, shampooed, fussed with, etc.
