33.0. "Job Openings (delete when filled)" by ULTRA::ZURKO (Martyr on a cross of luxury) Tue Apr 17 1990 15:27

This string is reserved for posting internal job openings. Please be
sure that you've posted first in the JOBS file, and please ALSO be
sure that there is a legitimate EEO/AA issue involved (i.e., please
don't post secretarial openings here because women are already
over-represented in the secretarial/administrative field).

In the recent manufacturing consolidation, the Albuquerque, New Mexico,
plant (ABO) has taken on the RISC server business as well as
workstation consolidation, to complement its current charter of
manufacturing VMS and UNIX workstations for US and GIA. There are a
number of positions in the plant as a result of this expanded charter.
As the two senior women in the plant we are concerned with the few
resumes received from Digital females. This is an opportunity to join
the challenge of the fastest growing product space in the industry.

Albuquerque is a multicultural plant that over the years has
demonstrated a commitment to valuing and utilizing differences. We
would appreciate your passing this on to others who may want to join us
on our journey to manufacturing excellence. If anyone has any
questions, please feel free to call either of us.

33.14seeking admin secretarial positionRENOIR::STHILAIREFood, Shelter & DiamondsWed Aug 07 1991 16:1516
It states in .0 that secretarial openings should not be posted here,
but I am *looking* for a admin. secretarial position within Digital
and, in checking with Jody Bobbitt this morning, she felt that it would
be okay for me to enter this here.

I am currently working as an admin. secretary in the Mill and would
like to find an admin. secretarial position in the
Maynard-Marlboro-Hudson-Littleton-Shrewsbury-Franklin areas.

If anyone knows of any openings in any of these facilities, I would
greatly appreciate hearing from you through mail.

Thanks,

Lorna
