| Well, I've always been interested in science, and when I was in grade school,
the first thing we always learned was that scientists observed everything, and
then made hypotheses from their observations......
I guess it's the scientific method at work....

| Who'da thought I'd ever "defend" -edp? Well, folks, he *did* bring up
this string in the Processing Topic and I, for one, asked him *there*
why he had raised it as a Processing Topic issue rather than going
ahead and entering it as a note!! Heaven help me if I encouraged the
poor guy to do that and get beat up on! *I* was hoping that some of
his questions that irriate the heck out of me in *other* strings could
be referred here. Then if and when someone has the energy to provide
the additional information -edp says he is seeking, *that* exchange
could occur here.
Good Grief,
Nancy

| Re .10:
"FSNO" is for "For Straightforward Notes Only".
Re .1:
The most direct cause for me entering this note was the sequence of
notes 1019.78, .91, and .93. I asked some questions and got accused of
dishonesty -- and it has happened several times. It is very
frustrating, both because I feel unjustly accused and because I don't
get answers to the questions I ask. This topic is an attempt to change
that.

OK, that's why I couldn't figure out what this topic was all about.
Whenever my NEXT UNSEEN hits the "Processing" topic, I usually make
it through only three or four replies before hit my tolerance
threshold and go on to the next topic.
