I am starting this topic, to see if there are any women out there
who may be interested in playing in the DEC Women's Basketball
League. The league consists of 10 teams, of all skill levels.
The season has been under way for about two weeks, so here's your
chance to join in on some fun and exercise!
I will post the note from the league secretary, that is also posted
in the basketball notes conference ASD::SYS$PROJECT:[BBALL]DWBL.NOTE.
Although the league as a whole would like more players, I know our
team - The Rythm and Blues is specifically looking for players. If
you are interested in joining any of the teams, you can contact
Vicky Triolo (node, etc given below):

Digital Women's Basketball League announces its 1989-90 season. Team members
should contact their team captains. Team captains, new players or persons
interested in helping or joining the DEC Women's Basketball League this
year, please contact the league's secretary, Vicky Triolo, TARKIN::TRIOLO,
DTN (293)-5881. The league will be playing Mondays and Thursdays in
Hudson and Littleton, respectively. Dues will be $70.00,
payable before the first game.
September 18 6:00 pm Captains' meeting, open gym, Hudson, MA
7:00 pm Draft of new players, Hudson, MA
7:30 pm Meeting of all players, Hudson, MA
September 25 6:00 pm Open gym, Hudson, MA
October 2 6:00 pm Open gym, Hudson, MA
October 5 6:00 pm Season start, first game, Littleton, MA
