| I've never belonged to a sorority, so the sort of things that appeal to me
might not appeal to your sisters.
The Shakespeare Ensemble at MIT had a 10-year dinner, then went to the
production that was on that year. Is there any _real_ event you can share
(induction, just a regular meeting). It seems so much more, well, real.
At the one high school reunion I went to, there were certain people I couldn't
sit with that I wanted to talk to (and that wanted to talk to me :-). Will
there be time and space for that? (and quiet)
Hmmm, favors. Small, creative, useful things that everyone needs and no one has
too many of. Something folks wouldn't bother to get themselves, but would use
with pride. Ice scraper for the car? Spoon rest? I really don't know...

| If you are holding the reunion in a hotel you could ask the Convention
Services Manager (they are sometimes the Catering Manager too) for
ideas of a theme and/or help in designing one. They are usually very
creative people and could probably help in ideas for a memento.
As for getting anecdotes, in your questionaire you could ask for any
humorus stories your sisters remember. Sounds like it'll be fun!

| At my high school senior banquet the favor was a globe shaped glass
with the school name and date printed on it. Ten years later I still
have it and use it. It doesn't match the rest of the glassware, but
it's my unique glass that holds special memories for me.

| At my high school reunion, we were given buttons (pins) with the
picture that appeared in the yearbook and name on them. It was
fun seeing how people had changed since high school.

I have been to 3 reunions, my wifes and mine. At the last one they
did the picture as you noted. I thought it was great! Sometimes
you remember people as they were when you last saw them.
If you have access to the pictures, go for it. It is also quite
the ice breaker in a large crowd, and it doesn't cost hardly anything.

| At my mom's 25th reunion they gave away prizes...Each class member was
asked to fill out a little survey (or autobiography) and prizes were
awarded in different categories.
One for the person who had the most kids...
One for the person who had to travel the farthest to get there...
One for the person who had been married the longest...
etc.
They also had a collage of class pictures made up as well as the
picture pins.
