I'm sorry I don't have a dress of the type you are interested in.

Could there possibly be another topic like this one?!

When I was looking for something to wear for a 'be your secret
wish party' last fall I checked out the local costume shops.
The one I rented my dress from did have a number of wild
west type dresses. The rental fees weren't very high either.

Check out your local yellow pages.

Call Hooker-Howe in Haverhill, MA. They stock literally thousands
of costumes of every conceivable sort for rent.

The only place I'd guess you could also ask this is
MEIS::THEATRE, as they'd know of theatrical supply places.

Look in the yellow pages under "costumes" and you'll find places
to call and see if they have what you seek....

    good luck!

Another vote for Hooker-Howe. You name it they've got several
of them. Their rental prices are reasonable, and they'll alter to
fit. They also have wigs and other props.

A few years back a group of us called asking if they had Victorian
costumes for 25 people. Their reply? "Day or evening wear?"

You might try the dance conference. Western style square dance
costumes might be what you need.

Thanks but the kind I'm looking for is the kind that
    	comes to your ankles.

I am going to check out Hooker&Howe sometime soon. I called
and they rent for $30 plus a $50 deposit which I will get back
    	when I return the dress.

    	Thanks for the pointers!!
