    Chances are, though, that as soon as the PlayGirl Channel started
    to REEEEEEEEEEAALY cook, the same would happen as it happened with
    the PlayBOY channel:  Talk shows, game shows, magazine shows, R
    rated movies (as opposed to slightly edited X's), more funny stuff,
    but less erotica.  My husband and I are cancelling PB channel, and
    I would hate to go through the same thing all over again.
    
    (Jon Bon Jovi nude?  All you would see is hair, hair and more hair!
    At least I _did_ get to see Don Johnson nude on PB channel. *sigh*)

    Re .4, well, I've heard it said that Jon Bon Jovi has "the nicest
    hair in rock'n'roll."  From what I've seen of his chest I think

    wouldn't it be nice if people seemed to _enjoy_ themselves
    instead of looking and sounding like a) they would rather have mailed

    We had the Playboy Channel for a couple of months and then
    cancelled it after a while.
    
    I think the whole idea that irked me that a Playboy Channel was
    available for men, but there wasn't anything equal to that
    available for women.  Not that I would get it, but just to know
    I *COULD* if I wanted to.
    
    What would I like to see in a Playgirl Channel?  Erotic dancing
    (strip tease?), music videos, mild movies and buns!  I can't believe
    I'm writing this ..........  (blush, blush)  I'm really very mild
    mannered.   :^)

   IFF there was a channel and I subscribed, I'd want to see lots of
    sensuality ... kissing ... caressing ... hugging ... massaging ...
    rather than grody close-ups with dubbed-over sound effects.

    One thing that I liked (and isn't on hardly at all anymore) was
    The Great American Strip Off.  8 amateur strippers (4 male, 4 female)
    would compete for prizes and such.  The best things were that these
    people were DANCERS first, strippers second.  Costumes, originality,
    talent and "sex appeal" were graded on by a celebrity panel of 4
    (2 each).  They strip down to a G-string; no more.
    
    One cute time had Richard (Battlestar Galactica) Hatch as a panelist,
    and he was blushing throughout the whole thing.  He is so cute and
    shy!                                              
    
    My hub and I liked to watch this together, giving our own critiques

    I also had the Playboy channel for a while, and was really getting
    sick of the male-oriented shows... 
    
    I would very much enjoy a female oriented channel similar to it,
    with erotic dancers and scenes from local night clubs etc... movies
    more aimed toward the female ... and variety/talk/game shows the
    same way...

    I dunno. I can't imagine why anyone would think that the Playboy
    Channel would have much in the way of *non*-"male-oriented" shows.
    
    For what it's worth, when I was living in Hudson, and Adams-Russell
    started carrying TPC, we tried it for the first month (which was
    free). I think we might have actually paid for a second month, but
    it was so bad, that we dropped it.

    I too had the Playboy Channel for about 6 weeks then dropped it.
    The initial watching was interesting but after seeing the same males
    in the same 'plot' movies i dropped it.
    
    I would enjoy seeing males of average looks with *normal* bodies
    doing all sorts of things. I would enjoy Kevin Costner or Lee Horsley
    or Mel Gibson without a stitch.....:-)  Richard Hatch is a good
    one too!
            I have had a secret desire to make a 'female' oriented flick. 
    I dont need the camera 3 inches away from the 'act' in order to get
    aroused. I agree with all of the other replies. Sensual activities
    but allowing the camera to show all parts of the body without being
    crass or rude.  
    Anyone want to start a movie business???

    I guess if women get to have what they want just like men, gay men
    and women ought to have a channel too.  Personally, I'd like to
    see Meg and Cris and Holly wearing nothing but a guitar!  But I
    would settle for a sequel to "Desert Hearts".  :-)
