if it was an unisex turkey..they would have surely put
it on the label!
most turkeys are marked either 'hen' which is female :)
or 'tom' which means male :)
if it was tofu it was sexless..

A turkey is unisex if both men and women eat it.
If the kids eat it, even if they have to drown it with catsup,
that's even better.

I didn't make a turkey for my family this year. Just for a change,
we had a crown roast. It was great!!!!!
