76.0. "Valuing Differences Resources" by DANUBE::B_REINKE (where the sidewalk ends) Tue Jul 26 1988 22:07

This is a resource note...I am looking for people who have been
active in ValDif in other plants. In particular I would like
contact names (which can/should be sent by mail) and specifically
what kinds of programs have been set in place in other plants
and how they have gone over. Please use the previous note to
discuss the concept of Valuing Differences in the Corporate World.

Well, I really appreciate the input in note 75 on what valuing
differences means to individuals, but I am *still* looking
for resource input. Can any one in the reading audience describe
what kinds of things have been done in their plant for VoD or
give me names (by mail is fine) of people responsible for VoD
    programs in their plants?

    Bonnie,

In Westfield, a psychologist named Joe Graziadei (also a Manager
in Personnel) and a gentleman named Ken Sole are the primary contacts
    for the program.

Ken Sole is an outside contractor, namely, Ken Sole & Assoc. He
has a whole staff of facilitators and they are very well trained
    in that field.

There are also numerous task forces located in-house, but, I do
believe that Joe Graziadei could be your best contact.
