This is from Lisa Chabot. The Palace of the Legion of Honor (San Francisco) has an exhibit entitled "Early Cycladic Art in North American Collections" through the 25th of September. Lots of "Venus figures" from --er-- about 3000 - 2500 BCE. And --there's a nice t-shirt for it: 9 figures on the front, 9 figures on the back, turquoise 100% cotton, $10+. From Peggy If anyone in the San Francisco area has seen this exhibit I would like to hear more about it - like where the figures are from. Also I would like to know if it is going to travel anywhere. I think I am going to order a t-shirt - even though it does not have a labris on the sleeve. _peggy (-) | Anyone going to California - want to take some extra bagage? I fit into a suitcase.

I volunteer to go up to San Francisco and pick up T-shirts for anyone who wishes them. I live about 40 miles south of the city, so its relatively easy to get up there and get t-shirts. Send your requests to PSG::PURMAL. ASP |
