| I really don't care. I'd say wear what's comfortable.
When you get to a point where someone will see them, they
probably won't be on much longer anyways :-).

| I adore skimpy briefs on men. (I clip and save Jim Palmer's ads).
But that's only for, er, special occasions. For every day I expect
a man to wear what is comfortable.

| My vote would be for comfort also...tho I would vote for *something*
I have twice been embarassed by men who chose the nothing route
and were not careful when wearing shorts.

such that the condition was very difficult to miss.

| I prefer standard or "skimpy" briefs, whichever the male finds most
comfortable. Boxer shorts look really geeky, and might indicate
that the guy is "out of it" (a real loser) ha-ha. No underwear
indicates that he might be too carefree and irresponsible, or else
is trying to make an effort to appear sexy. :-).

859.7 | Be comfy!! | SACMAN::WALTON | | Tue May 31 1988 12:34 | 14 |
| For some unknown reason, I have always been particular to plain
white breifs. Just the thought of it and my mind starts to wander!!!
In any case, whatever is comfortable to you is appropriate.
Sue
P.S. To Bonnie...
My husband choses not to wear shorts (he is a product of the tropical
rain forests of the Phillipines) and I am forever in terror that
one day he will embarrass me in the same manner you are refering
to!!!!!

| If I had a choice, I'd prefer skimpy briefs; however, my husband
will definitely NOT wear the aformentioned item, so it's only wishful
thinking on my part.

One good tug and he's wearing nothing!
But you can't wear those everyday.......

Well since I happen to like to wear practical and comfortable
undergarments - no garter belts and merry widow's for this lady
on a regular basis - I'd think that men also would opt for comfort.
I don't find the standard BVD's offensive. And for those lounge
around mornings on the porch over looking the ocean, I think boxers
are quite appropriate (OK, so I've looked at the cover of the Victoria's
Secret catalog too many times ;^). But when I'm in a playful mood
I like to see something a bit more enticing, like bikini style
briefs, or brightly colored silk ones and I too like the magic of
velcro. And then there's a great pair of leopard print briefs
that I'm still waiting to see modeled. ;^)
