YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE!

(some points of her philosophy)
We are each 100% responsible for all of our experiences.
Every thought we think is creating our future.
The point of power is always in the present moment.
Everyone suffers from self-hatred and guilt.
The bottom line for everyone is,
"I'm not good enough."
It's only a thought, and a thought can be changed.
Resentment, criticism and guilt are the most
damaging patterns.
Releasing resentment will dissolve even cancer.
When we really love ourselves, everything in our life works.
We must release the past and forgive everyone.
We must be willing to begin to learn to love ourselves.
Self-approval and self-acceptance in the now are
the key to positive changes.
We create every so-called "illness" in our body.

In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect,
whole and complete, and yet life is ever changing.
There is no beginning and no end,
only a constant cycling and recycling
of substance and experiences.
Life is never stuck or static or stale,
for each moment is ever new and fresh.
I am one with the very Power that created me and this Power
has given me the power to create my own circumstances.
I rejoice in the knowledge that I have the power
of my own mind to use in any way I choose.
Every moment of life is a new beginning point
as we move from the old. This moment is a new point
of beginning for me right here and right now.
All is well in my world.

I believe in a power far greater than I am that flows
through me every moment of every day.
I open myself to the wisdom within,
knowing that there is only One Intelligence

I fill the rooms with the vibrations of love
so that all who enter, myself included, will feel this love
and be nourished by it.
I love myself; therefore, I work at a job I truly enjoy doing,
one that uses my creative talents and abilities,
working with and for people I love and who love me, and earning a good income.
I love myself; therefore, I behave and think in a loving way to all
people for I know that that which I give out returns to me multiplied.
I only attract loving people in my world, for they are a mirror of what I am.
I love myself; therefore, I forgive and totally release the past and all
past experiences and I am free.
I love myself; therefore, I live totally in the now, experiencing
each moment as good and knowing that my future is bright and joyous
and secure, for I am a beloved child of the Universe
and the Universe lovingly takes care of me now and forever more.

DON'T WHINE
Today I saw a lovely girl with golden hair,
Envied her, and wished I were so fair.
When she rose to go, she hobbled down the aisle
She had one leg, wore a crutch and a smile.
Oh God forgive me when I whine
I have two legs, the world is mine.
Then I stopped to buy some sweets,
The lad who sold them had such charm,
I talked with him - my being late was no harm,
As I left he said to me: "You've been so kind"
"You see", he said, "I am blind".
Oh God forgive me when I whine
I have two eyes, the world is mine.
Later, I saw a child with eyes of blue.
Watching others play, not knowing what to do
"Why don't you join the others dear?"
He stared ahead, he could not hear.
Oh God forgive me when I whine
I have two ears, the world is mine.
With legs to take me where I'd go -
With eyes to see the sunset's glow -
With ears to hear what I would know -
Oh God forgive me when I whine

Crossing a creek
Requires three things:
A certain serenity of mind,
Bare feet,
And a sure trust
That the snake we know
Slides silently underwater
Just beyond our vision
Will choose to ignore
The flesh
That cuts through its territory,
And we will pass through.
Some people think crossing a creek
Is easy,
But I say this--
All crossings are hard,
Whether creeks, mountains,
Or into other lives
And we must always believe
In the snakes at our feet
Just out of our vision
And we must practice believing
We will come through.
