    	Hello,
    
    
    	I am looking for a part of code in HTML or Java wich would 
    	be able to start on a PC running Microsoft IE or Netscape
    	an Windows application (through a command line).
    
    	I have seen in a Java maunual the "system" class with "exec" method
    	but unfortunately i do not have time to made more tries or 
    	investigations.
