I downloaded from Dec homepage / WEBtoolbox the MS-ACCESS internet assistant (IA). Problem is that sometimes the IA invokes properly when I click onit from the Tools/add ins menu; but most of the time it produces an error (program has performed an illegal operation) and the system closes me out of Access (7.0). The error says MSACCESS caused an invalid page fault in module (unknown) at 0000:0000001d. It may have something to do with databases that are large and have links to other databases because it seems like the success rate is higher on small, less linked databases. Has anyone else experienced this problem. If so, did you find a workaround? Maybe I should download the IA directly from MS? Regards,

> Maybe I should download the IA directly from MS? > You can try the one available in the IBG Software Distribution Server under the Miscellaneous Kits area. I don't know if it will help. As far as I can tell it's identical to the one from Microsoft. Danny | |||||

Try upgrading to Access 97. It's built in. PJDM |
