The problem might be the port numbers. I know that my FrontPage
Personal Web server assumes it will use Port 80. (I'm not running IIS)
on my workstation.
Check out the FrontPage Server Administrator and see if you can figure
things out from there.

Problem fount. Frontpage 97 works on my Nt4.0 intel.
The problem was the user profile.
I did an error during the "log on locally " right addition.
