B3004-AA (400 MHz 4 MB B-Cached CPU).

    The 4th LED (D1) indicates the status of the 2.5V Voltage converter daughter
    card. If this light is not illuminated, it means that the converter card has 
    experienced a fault due to an over voltage or over temperature condition.
