Hi,
I'm working configuring a 4100 5/300 with a DE435. There happens
to be a thick wire Ethernet connection from previous machine in the
location where the 4100 is located. I was trying to use this
connection but in the EtherWORKS Turbo PCI Ethernet Controller User
Information documentation I found that the DE435 needs to have its AUI
jumper setting changed. The configuration in the documentation doesn't
seem to reflect what the 4100 looks like. Is there an easy way to change
the jumper setting?
Appreciating any responses.

Hi the de435 has a large blue jumper block on it
if the jumper is across pin rows 1 and 2 then its setup for thinwire
if the jumper is across lin rows 2 and 3 then its setup for aui-thick
so just move the large blue jumper block across pin rows 2 and 3
and make sure console param ewa0_mode = aui
